The Christensen Fund seeks Grants Associate (Palo Alto, California)
Since 2002, The Christensen Fund has focused its mission around bio-cultural diversity (the intersection of biological and cultural richness and complexity). Budgeted at around $15 million in 2008, grant programs mostly support local initiatives and stewards in locations around the world that have unique heritages and that are likely to play an important role in sustaining diversity on the planet. The Grants Assistant/Associate position is currently a team of five people responsible for working with grantees and Program Officers on the projection of grants, gathering required proposals and grant-related documents, and for performing initial due diligence review of these documents. Synergos seeks Partnership Services Director (New York)
Synergos is a nonprofit organization working to reduce poverty and promote equity and social justice for poor and marginalized communities around the world. Wellspring Advisors Seeks Program Officer for Women's Rights (New York)
Wellspring Advisors seeks a Philanthropic Advisor/Program Officer for an international grantmaking program that promotes women's human rights in developing countries. The program has three major components: strengthening multi-issue women's rights organizations; advancing comprehensive responses to violence against women; and promoting women's property rights, with a primary, but not exclusive, focus on selected sub-Saharan African countries. Global Fund for Women Seeks to Fill Two Positions
The Global Fund for Women is an international grantmaking foundation that supports groups working to advance the human rights of women and girls. The Administrative Associate to the COO will provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) as well as the Grants Administration sub-team. The Administrative Associate to the COO is part of the Finance and Administration team and reports to the COO. The Annual Giving Manager is responsible for the management, growth and productivity of the Global Fund's comprehensive direct mail fundraising and donor acknowledgment programs. The Annual Giving program contributes over $2 million to the organization's total revenues annually. The Annual Giving Manager supervises two Development Associates. The Global Fund for Children Seeks Program Officer for East and Southeast Asia
The Global Fund for Children's mission is to advance the dignity of children and youth around the world. GFC pursues its mission by making small grants to innovative community-based organizations working with some of the world's most vulnerable children and youth. The Program Officer's primary responsibility is the management of a grants portfolio totaling approximately $350,000 and currently composed of 28 grantee partners in 9 countries. The Program Officer also manages the Recovery and Renewal Grant portfolio for tsunami partners and coordinates field contacts, evaluators, and other key partner organizations in East and Southeast Asia. Firelight Foundation Seeks Organizational Learning Associate

Global Greengrants Fund Seeks Chief Executive Officer
Global Greengrants Fund was founded to bridge the gap between those who can offer financial support and grassroots groups in developing countries that can make effective use of that support. Since 1993, Greengrants has awarded over 4,000 grants in 128 countries, typically between $500 and $5,000. The grants help protect biodiversity, encourage sustainable livelihoods and promote environmental justice. Greengrants is seeking a CEO to succeed the Executive Director. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of the program, budget and staffing. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as a key spokesperson for the organization and will play an instrumental role in fundraising and resource development efforts. She/he will develop and implement strategic and operational plans to provide for strong organizational growth. The CEO will manage the current budget of $5 million, with the goal of growing the budget and increasing the number of annual grants.
